  • Collaborated with IT Director to plan and implement overhaul of cybersecurity procedures, such as developing vendor assessment questionnaire and compliance program, and drafting personal mobile device use policy for staff.
  • Developed network-wide regulatory compliance plan involving staff from multiple central departments to manage legal risk with minimal disruption of operations.
